• I work with people who are formally diagnosed, on a discovery path or self-diagnosed. If ADHD traits resonate with you, I can work with you to provide structures and tools to support you.

  • Each coaching session is 50 minutes long. If you need a break, let me know, and we can take one.

I do a chemistry call before coaching a new client, so we can both ask questions to ensure we’re a good fit to work together. The chemistry call is free and lasts around 20-30 minutes; there is no obligation to continue onto coaching.

  • I only offer online sessions. You will receive a link to the session via email before the session. You’ll just need to click the link to the session at the time the sessions begins.

  • In order for you to get the most out of coaching sessions you’ll need to feel comfortable to share how you’re feeling and feel like you trust the coach you’re working with. I offer a 20-30 minute free ‘chemistry call’, in this session you can ask questions about the sessions, how they work etc. You can let me know what you’d like to work on.

This gives us a chance to make sure we’re a good fit to work together. The session is free and you’re under no obligation to book afterwards. There will be no pushy sales calls.

In order for you to get to the best place you can it’s important you find a coach who feels right for you.

  • Coaching works where the client explains areas they are finding challenging. As I specialise in ADHD coaching, this is the area I can help you with. You’ll explain what you’d like to achieve, and we'll work together to establish the right path going forward. These may be exercises to help out.

  • A coach is not a medical professional, we do not have any authority to diagnose anyone. It’s important that you choose the correct person to work with you for the right problem.

  • £40 per session. 6 is the recommended number of sessions to do as this allows time to find reoccurring themes and find tools that are most useful in order to deal with them.

  • The normal amount of sessions is 6, this gives us a chance to explore the areas of life you’d like to focus on and a chance to begin establishing habits and changes and tweak where necessary.

  • You will receive an automated email at the time of booking explaining what time the session is. You will also receive a reminder on the day of the session (for this to happen you’ll have needed to agree to reminders).

  • Yes, coaching sessions are confidential.

As a coach, I have supervision sessions with a trained coach-supervisor. Occasionally, I may seek guidance, but all details are kept anonymous.

  • We will look at areas you want to work on. These may be goals related to life plans or smaller habits you wish to include in your everyday life. We will explore the most effective practices for your brain. We will look at what is getting in your way, whether this be in life or things you may do or not do without realising.

Coaching sessions are person-centred and are tailored to the individual’s needs.

  • No, therapy and counselling are different to ADHD coaching. They can be used together to complement one another, but they are different.

ADHd Coaching is about creating strategies and learning tools to help you understand how to work with your brain. It is about setting future goals. Whereas counselling and therapy may be looking into the past to resolve issues or trauma.

  • By booking a session, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. At least 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full fee being charged. This then allows me to open up spaces to others.

In emergencies the fee may be waived at my discretion.
